The blanks we offer are manufactured by our parent company, Ensign Emblem. Our blanks are available with a merrow border. All standard blanks come with a 100% polyester white fabric background only.

Our blanks are available with either Heat Seal or Sew–On Backing.
Heat Seal Backing
This is a polyurethane backing and can be sealed to most garments using heat. Because the backing and the fabric of the emblem are permanently bonded, this emblem will resist wrinkling and is not likely to require ironing. Heat sealed emblems tend to be more flexible when on a garment. Heat sealed emblems must be applied with a heat press. These are not iron-on emblems.
Sew-On Backing
This is a non-woven backing material which is used as a fabric stiffener and is generally fused to the emblem. This fabric can detach from the emblem if the garment is dried in a very hot dryer. Emblems with sew-on backing may need ironing at times in order to look their best.
EnMart blanks are suitable for screen printing, sublimation or embroidery.
